At BiskutDisco, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent ordering experience. Please review this Payment Policy carefully before placing an order. By proceeding with an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • PayNow (to our UEN 53523098B only)
  • Shopify Payments
  • All major credit cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • GrabPay
  • Grab Pay Later
  • Atome
  • PayPal
  • ShopBack (payment and rewards)

Available payment methods may be updated periodically. The options presented at the time of checkout or confirmed by us will apply to your order.

Confirmation of Orders

All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. A verbal enquiry, message, or reservation of items without payment does not constitute a confirmed order and will not be processed. There is no option to reserve or confirm an order prior to payment, except where Grab Pay Later or Atome is selected as the payment method at the point of transaction.

Order Placement and Payment Process

Full payment is required upfront for every order. There is strictly no cash on delivery or cash upon collection. All payments must be completed in advance through the accepted payment methods listed above. Cash on delivery and cash upon collection are not accepted under any circumstances.

 

Orders placed via the online store (biskutdisco.com)

  1. Complete your order and payment through our website at the time of checkout.
  2. We will contact you to confirm your delivery address and any additional details required.
  3. Upon confirmation of these details, we will issue an official invoice featuring our company header, logo, and UEN 53523098B via our business WhatsApp number +65 8075 6771 or business email.
  4. Your order and delivery are confirmed only after payment has been received and the official invoice has been issued.

Orders placed via Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp

  1. Submit your order through Instagram Direct Message (@biskutdisco), Facebook Messenger (@biskutdisco), or WhatsApp (+65 8075 6771).
  2. Payment must be made exclusively via PayNow or Scan-to-Pay to our UEN 53523098B. Transfers to mobile numbers are not accepted.
  3. Once payment is received, we will review the order details and delivery address.
  4. We will then issue an official invoice with our company header, logo, and UEN 53523098B via our business WhatsApp number +65 8075 6771, business email, Instagram chat, or Facebook Messenger.
  5. Your order and delivery are confirmed only after payment has been received and the official invoice has been issued.

Payment Deadline

Payment must be completed within 12 hours of placing an order. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be cancelled automatically.

No payment means no invoice and therefore no confirmed order. Customers who repeatedly submit orders without completing payment within the stipulated timeframe may be restricted from placing future orders.

The Official Invoice

The official invoice issued by BiskutDisco — bearing our company header, logo, and UEN 53523098B — serves as the binding agreement between BiskutDisco and the customer for that specific order. Please retain this invoice for your records. An order is deemed confirmed solely upon receipt of payment and the issuance of this invoice.

Order Cancellation

All orders are prepared exclusively to order. As such, cancellation is permitted only up to three (3) days prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Requests for cancellation made less than three days before the delivery date will not be accepted. In such instances, the order will proceed as scheduled and be delivered accordingly.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through WhatsApp (+65 8075 6771), email, Instagram (@biskutdisco), or Facebook Messenger (@biskutdisco), and will be considered valid only upon our written acknowledgement.

Changes to Delivery, Availability, or Products

Any changes relating to delivery arrangements, order fulfilment, or product availability will be communicated to you promptly. We endeavour to provide the earliest possible notice of any such changes.

Unfulfilled Orders

Should we be unable to fulfil a confirmed order after payment has been received and an official invoice has been issued, a full refund will be provided.

  • For PayNow transactions, use our UEN 53523098B exclusively. We do not accept payments transferred to mobile numbers.
