2. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products
All our products are handmade and handcrafted. Every item is made to order exclusively for you — we do not keep any ready-made stock.
None of our product images are AI-generated or digitally enhanced. All photos are real and authentic, showing newly made items that closely represent what you will receive. We believe in giving realistic expectations to our customers.
Each item is unique and may vary slightly in appearance, shape, size, colour, or finish compared to the product photos. Measurements provided are approximations based on the product at the time of photography.
We will notify you if there are any significant changes in sizing, shape, or colour before dispatching your order.
3. Allergen, Dietary & Ingredient Policy
Allergies
Customers are advised to carefully read the full ingredient listing provided in each product description. Common food allergens such as nuts are clearly stated in the product description, menu, and packaging.
If you have any known food allergies (especially those not listed in the descriptions), please notify us before placing your order. We will advise you accordingly.
Immediate medical attention is mandatory should any allergic reaction occur. Biskut Disco shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our products.
Halal Status
Biskut Disco is not a halal-certified establishment and is not Muslim-owned. However, all our ingredients are 100% halal-certified, sourced from licensed suppliers and halal-compliant manufacturers/retailers recognised by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
For products containing gelatine, we clearly state whether it is fish-based or bovine-based, and all gelatine used is halal-certified.
Vegetarian-Friendly
We clearly indicate on the product page whether an item is vegetarian-friendly. Please always read the full ingredients list before consumption to ensure the product meets your dietary requirements.
Source of Ingredients
All ingredients are locally sourced from reputable major supermarkets and licensed baking supply manufacturers/retailers that are approved by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA). This ensures our ingredients are safe and compliant for consumption in Singapore.

4. Accuracy of Information

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice.
5. Product Availability & Stock
All products are subject to availability. Since every item is made to order, production lead time applies (typically 3–7 days). We reserve the right to discontinue or change any product without notice. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biskut Disco shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website, products, or services.
This includes (but is not limited to) any loss, damage, or spoilage of products after delivery has been completed, especially for unattended deliveries made at your request.
7. No Cash on Delivery
All orders must be fully paid in advance. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
