Strictly No Returns or Exchanges
At Biskut Disco, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Damages and Issues
Please carefully inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at biskutdisco@gmail.com with clear photos and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right where possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Perishable goods (such as our food products)
- Custom or personalized products (including special orders)

Refunds
If we approve a refund after investigating your claim, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still havenβt received it, please contact us at biskutdisco@gmail.com.
