Delivery Method
All orders are hand-delivered by our team or our trusted delivery partners via car/van. We do not use third-party courier services that require self-pickup from lockers or collection points.
Payment & Delivery Terms
- Strictly No Cash on Delivery (COD).
- All orders must be fully paid prior to production and delivery.
Processing & Lead Time
Orders will be prepared and dispatched after our production/lead time of 3–7 days, depending on the items ordered and current order volume. You will receive an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.
Shipping Notifications
- You will be notified of your estimated delivery date once your order is confirmed.
- We will notify you again when your order is dispatched.
Any unexpected delays will be communicated to you immediately.
Shipping Charges
Delivery fees are clearly shown at the checkout page. Our rates are as follows:
- Free delivery on all orders above SGD 100.
- SGD 10 for delivery within Yishun (orders below SGD 100).
- SGD 15 for islandwide delivery (orders below SGD 100).

Delivery Liability
Biskut Disco and our delivery partners are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of unattended packages.
If you request the delivery person to leave your order at the doorstep, shoe rack, corridor, or any other location, it is done at your own risk. Once the order has been delivered and photo proof has been sent to you, the delivery is considered complete.
We strongly recommend that you or someone at the address be present to receive the order.
