The pastry itself is crafted with equal care — premium Japanese flour, French butter, eggs, corn flour, custard powder and a touch of vanilla — rolled, cut and shaped by hand into tender, melt-in-the-mouth cases. At the centre rests the golden pineapple filling, crowned with a simple flower delicately tinted with a single drop of Americolor Softgel Super Red, lending a graceful Indian festive accent.
